Richard Baptist had done various renovation projects in our home over the span of 10 years. Our renovations included a complete basement development which included a new bathroom, wet bar, raised bar top, bedroom and laminate flooring; the work was done on-time and in the budget we discussed and it looked fantastic. Being that we had an older home and the hose installed was found to be a defective design, we experienced sporadic leaks throughout the house; this is when we called Richard in to do a complete removal of the old hose and replace with new hose and fittings. This required various cutouts in walls, ceiling and other areas. In the end, the hose throughout the entire house was replaced; this gave us peace of mind and was a great investment at the time we sold our home. A couple weeks before listing our home we noticed discoloration on a wall; we figured it was probably a leak but had no idea from where or how. Rich came to the rescue. The repair was done in time for our pictures and first showing. In our new home we have plans for a few more projects and will contact Airdrie Renos!
